River Sonar & Fish Passage Counts On Hold

Official ADF&G river sonar stations and weir counting projects are currently on hold for the winter off-season (October 1 to April 1). April and May serve as the annual spring warm-up period as river ice clears and early runs begin preparing. Browse comprehensive historical migration charts below or reserve your 2027 trip dates before peak summer weeks fill.

📊 Provisional Sonar & Weir Data Disclaimer

Sonar passage estimates and weir counts are republished as posted by ADF&G. Sonar estimates are assessment metrics and do not themselves alter fishing regulations. Verify active Emergency Orders on the official ADF&G Fish Counts Portal.
